Being kind and generous is a spiritual practice

Giving is an expression of our faith that affirms God as our provider and His ability to supply all that we need. We trust God by giving in faith. Our Lord promises to give every obedient Christian an overflowing, joyous life regardless of his financial position.

Jesus loved us so much that he paid the ultimate price for us so that way we could have eternal life and be forgiven for our sins. Since Jesus gave us this incredible gift, we should be excited to generously give back to the Lord a small percent of all that he has done for us to invest in the Kingdom of Heaven. Tithing originally came from the Old Testament and the word itself literally means 10%. God wants us to give the first 10% of all we have or all we make for His use to further His work on earth.

PSALM 37:21

The wicked borrows but does not pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives;

2 CORINTHIANS 9:7

Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

You can bring your contribution to church, mail a check, have your bank send a check or give online using the GIVE button on the website.
