Thanksgiving has come and gone and the children and staff at PPCDC are cheerfully embracing the holiday spirit! The older children are preparing class programs that will be videotaped and shared with their parents later this week. I was struck by just how joyful those young voices are as they sing of all things Christmas. The younger children are enjoying all the Christmas decorations. The staff are working on an all-in-fun door decorating contest. Trust me when I say the competitive spirit is alive and well, but thankfully, so is the spirit of cooperation!

Assistant Director, Sarah Nuñez, and her husband Jeff welcomed their son, David, on November 25th. Mom, Dad and baby are settling in at home and doing well. We are looking forward to meeting David at PPCDC very soon!
