On May 24th we celebrated Joan Bullock and Sharon Enlow with a retirement drop-in. So many friends, family members, and PPCDC families from past and present stopped by to visit and offer well wishes to both Joan and Sharon.

Sharon and Joan were both with us to usher in the summer program before starting their retirement adventures! Kathryn Helms, Sarah Nuñez, and I are settling in to our new roles in the CDC office. The teachers and children have jumped into the summer program with their usual excitement and enthusiasm. We are very excited to have KidFit back in the building after over two years! Chapel with Dr. Mike and Ms. Donna continues to be a highlight of the week!

If you have any Riverbanks Zoo guest passes you’d like to share, we’d be happy to have them for our after school class. Also, we are always in need of plastic grocery sacks. Feel free to drop those off in the CDC office if you have some extras.
