June 2026

Dear Friends, 

As most of you know, our Providence Musician rehearsal schedule is different for the summer months. Chancel Choir will meet twice in June for Wednesday rehearsals; then, we will not rehearse on Wednesdays in July. Adult Handbell Choir and Instrument Group will not meet on a regular basis during the summer months. Schools in this district start back on August 5.

I am, happily, planning to attend the wonderful Worship and Music Conference in Montreat, NC, sponsored by the Presbyterian Association of Musicians (PAM). I have registered for Week 1 which is June 21 – 26. The title is “Who’ll Be a Witness?”, and I look forward to telling you all about the week when I get back.
