When was the last time you thought about Camp Fellowship?  Have you ever even heard about Camp Fellowship? 

Camp Fellowship and Conference Center located on the shore of Lake Greenwood, a ministry of Camping Ministries of the Carolinas, Inc. exists to provide exceptional experiences in camping, retreat and conference ministries, and environmental education for children, youth and adults.  Camp Fellowship works to engage our community in experiences that make connections for better living, stronger communities and personal and spiritual growth and development.  

The Summer of 1995 I was on staff at Camp Fellowship as the Art and Crafts leader.  I also was a part of the kitchen support staff, primarily the dishwasher operator.  It was calculated at the end of the summer session that I “washed” over 25,000 meals worth of dishes.  My face benefited greatly from the steam bath each time the industrial dishwasher was opened. 

Enough about me, why should you be interested in Camp Fellowship, “a place just for kids to attend summer camp?”  That statement couldn’t be more incorrect, Camp Fellowship and Conference Center is for all ages and has programming year-round.  Rev. Alice Odell and I encourage everyone to take a look at the programs being offered at Camp Fellowship and Conference Center, including the summer camping program, there just might be something that interests you!

·         May 11th - Camp Fellowship Spring Clean, Rest and Reset

·         May 16th-19th - Spring Quilting Retreat 2024

·         Memorial Day Sunday – Labor Day Sunday Worship on the Water on the shores of Lake Greenwood

·         June 1st – Summer Camp Open House

·         July 14th – Camp Fellowship Anniversary Sunday

·         August 22th – Rewind Knitting Retreat

·         August 27th Red Letter Day – A Day of Fellowship & Wholeness for Cancer Survivors

·         September 5th – 8th – September Scrapbook Retreat

·         October 15th Red Letter Day – A Day of Fellowship & Wholeness for Cancer Survivors
