Outreach & Missions: Holy Casserolely! It's a CookAthon!

What happens when too many cooks get in the kitchen? Lots of Holy Casseroley love! Never was there more loaves-and-fishes action on display than on Saturday, July 15, when we had our very first Holy Casseroley CookAthon event. A great Providence crowd — along with several friends from the community — got together to churn out 25 casseroles for neighbors in need!

One look at these photos will tell you that JOY WAS IN ABUNDANCE on this day! From the early morning meat cooks to the Shepherd’s Pie sautee queens and the turbo Zita preppers, God used these cheerful hearts to whip up more love in two hours than you can imagine!

We had so much fun, we’ve already scheduled these group CookAthons on a quarterly basis. Mark your calendars now and join us next time!
